AuraWORKS ("we", "us", "our") is software for boutiques and tailor shops in India, operated from India. Our website is theauraworks.in. You can contact us at auraworks.in@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us directly

• Account information: your name, shop name, phone number and email when you sign up or contact us.
• Shop data: orders, customer names and phone numbers, measurements, worker details, payment records and expenses that you enter into AuraWORKS.
• Contact form messages: if you fill in the contact form on our website.

Data collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken in the app, errors encountered, used to improve the software.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the standard server log data.
• Cookies: session cookies to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the AuraWORKS software for your shop
• To respond to messages and support requests from you
• To send important service updates (not marketing without consent)
• To identify and fix bugs or performance issues
• To improve the product based on how it is used

We do not use your shop's customer data, such as names, phone numbers and measurements, for any purpose other than operating the software for you.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share data only with the service providers we need to operate AuraWORKS:

• Hosting provider: stores the servers that run AuraWORKS.
• Cloudflare: content delivery, protection against attacks, and storage for uploaded photos.
• Payment processor: if you pay by card, payment is handled by a PCI-compliant processor. We do not store card details.

We may disclose data if required by Indian law or a valid court order. We will tell you if we are legally permitted to do so.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers in India. We use standard security: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your data.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days of your written request, except where the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your shop's data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent

AuraWORKS is business software meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will tell active users by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AuraWORKS after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
